HiLiHiF is a slow fashion brand founded by Swati Davawala, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We create handcrafted one-piece dresses in premium natural fabrics for conscious women. All our products are made in small batches or on a made-to-order basis at our workshop in Pune.

2. Use of Our Website

• ✦ You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning
• ✦ You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its related systems

3. Products

• ✦ All our products are handcrafted and may have slight natural variations in colour, texture, embroidery pattern, or hand painting from batch to batch. These are not defects — they are the authentic marks of skilled handmade craft
• ✦ Product photographs are taken in natural light and are as accurate as possible. Actual colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration, resolution, and lighting conditions
• ✦ Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order
• ✦ We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, with a full refund to the customer

4. Pricing

• ✦ All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST where applicable)
• ✦ Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout and order confirmation
• ✦ We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will contact you before processing the order

5. Orders and Payment

• ✦ An order is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email from us
• ✦ We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking

• ✦ HiLiHiF reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 working days

6. Made-to-Order Policy

Several HiLiHiF pieces are created on a made-to-order basis. This means:

• ✦ Production begins only after your order is confirmed and payment is received
• ✦ Made-to-order items typically require 7–14 working days to prepare before dispatch
• ✦ You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with tracking details once dispatched
• ✦ Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as the garment is being crafted specifically for you

HiLiHiF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to a specific order shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order.
