4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

6. Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, or equivalent services. The logistics partner is selected based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest and most reliable service possible.
7. Packaging
♻️ Plastic-Free Packaging
All HiLiHiF orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging. Your dress is carefully folded, wrapped in soft tissue paper, and placed in a recyclable kraft box or paper bag — because responsible packaging is as important to us as responsible fashion.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
If re-shipment is not arranged within 14 days of our notification, we will process a refund after deducting the original shipping cost.
⚠️ Important: Please ensure your delivery address, including PIN code and phone number, is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

- ✦ A description of the issue
- ✦ Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging (for damage claims)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund. We take full responsibility for items lost or damaged during shipping.
