Please read this policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange request.
1. Our Commitment
We accept exchange requests and issue store credit for eligible items. Refunds are issued only in specific circumstances as described below.
⚠️ We do not accept returns based on change of mind.
2. When We Accept Returns or Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests only in the following cases:
- ✦ You received a wrong item — different product, colour, or size than what you ordered
- ✦ The item has a manufacturing defect — stitching issue, significant fabric flaw, seam failure, etc.
- ✦ The item was damaged in transit — visible damage to the product upon arrival
ℹ️ Please note: Since all our pieces are handcrafted, slight natural variations in hand painting, embroidery, colour tone, or texture compared to product photographs are inherent characteristics of artisan craft — not defects. These are not grounds for return or exchange.
3. When We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- — Change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the style after purchase
- — Items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or during promotional events
- — Made-to-order items (unless defective or a wrong item was sent)
- — Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- — Items returned without original tags or packaging
- — Items where the issue was reported more than 5 days after delivery
- — Customised or personalised items
4. Size Exchange Policy
If you received the correct item but need a different size:
- ✦ Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- ✦ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
- ✦ Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size. If unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 6 months
- ✦ The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- ✦ We will ship the exchanged item back to you at no additional charge

5. Returns for Defective or Wrong Items
- ✦ Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect or wrong item
- ✦ Contact us at hilihif3@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 92094 18208 with your order number and photographs
- ✦ Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
- ✦ You may choose between a replacement, store credit, or a full refund
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following situations:
- ✦ A defective or wrong item has been confirmed and a replacement is not possible
- ✦ The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- ✦ A ready-to-ship order is cancelled before dispatch
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. UPI and bank transfer refunds may require an additional 2–3 banking days depending on your bank.
ℹ️ Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or the wrong item was sent.

Our team will respond within 48 hours on working days.
Return instructions provided
If approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
Resolution processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
